A user by the name of swiftor had been using Justin.tv to stream a webcam featuring him playing (presumably pirated) GTA IV on the xbox 360. Having scored over 450 000 views over the last two days, he finally received a message from Take 2 warning him that they have his IP and will contact his ISP to secure his real identity just a few moments ago. He was told to cease his broadcast or they will be resorting to legal means assuring him that "any legal action will not end amicably".
Many live streams have been circulating around the internet following the scene releases of GTA IV for the xbox 360 over the last 48 hours. I for one am glad to finally see some real gameplay footage! But be warned you will get a sense of shame and dehype after watching. With only 3 or so days to go, can you survive not watching this guy play right now :)
Here is a screenshot of some of his viewers' responses shortly after swiftor let people know about Take 2 contacting him.

that file of the last comments in the chat is extremely hard to read get better quality on that
you are right, will fix that now - thanks for pointing it out! -- Fixed!
R* should just forget about it now, probably heaps of people already have GTA4, I know a lot of ppl who already do here in Oz, I've also noticed they are goin through heaps of trouble to delete every single leaked gameplay of it from youtube lol I mean GTA4 is finally goin to be released in a few days after a pretty damn long wait when they practically promised to release it by October last year but failed, and just untill a couple of days ago we hadn't had any gameplay footage whatsoever, we deserve this leaked gameplay, it's R*'s fault that there is leaked gameplay anyways, if they had released gameplay a few months back they wouldn't have to "threaten" ppl lol... you know what I mean?? ...
yeah i agree with a lot of what you said dean..but they did build a nice aura of hype and anticipation surrounding the release only to be spoiled - and you cant exactly blame the (only human) viewers!
Rockstar has gone absolutelyu mad. All this campaign is insane. I won't buy their game. ¡Say NO TO GTA!
You should remove the link of the other guy playing! I know him, and that would suck if it happened to me! The game is fun, but I didn't think that Take 2 would go that far!
